Sponsor and Exhibitor Package Information
Platinum sponsorships are limited to the first seven requesting companies submitting payment. Website & email advertisement will commence as soon as payment is received, so respond ASAP to maximize your exposure!
Each exhibit space includes:*

One 8’ wall space based on sponsorship level

One table (variable sizes available)

Two chairs

One identification sign

One electrical outlet (0-1000 watts)

Free Wi-Fi access
Exhibit Space Selection: Visual exposure will vary from booth to booth. Some booths will be considered prime locations and will be more highly desired. Deadline for Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration is October 27, 2023. Please contact Ned Cake ASAP to inquire about availability. Booth selection will begin in October. Payments must be received prior to that date to be eligible for booth selection. The group order of booth selection is Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Within those groups, the order will be determined by when payment was received. Any company whose payment is received after October 27th will choose booth location on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Additional Participation and Sponsoring Opportunities
In addition to the standard Sponsor and Exhibitor opportunities, SHRUG invites you to receive
additional recognition by becoming a Social Event Sponsor, including a social mixer, workshop break, ice cream social, etc. Also, SHRUG welcomes donations to the Workshop Goodie Bags (bags, pens, note pads, calculators, etc) or donations of Workshop Raffle items for additional company involvement and advertisement! Show your support and dedication to SHRUG. Please contact the SHRUG Sponsor/Exhibitor Coordinator to discuss ideas and associated donations and opportunities for additional advertising and recognitions. We can assist you with any and
all of your needs as a SHRUG sponsor.
